How much do you charge?
Rates depend on the type of service requested, the processing time, and your specific requirements. The rates offered are among the most competitive in the professional translation industry simply because your files are handled directly by the translator or subtitler, rather than by an intermediate agency (as is often the case). A list of our rates is available on the description page for each of our services. Feel free to request a quote for your translation, localisation or subtitling project.
Can you provide a sample performance of your services before I place the order?
Yes. Email us your file with the test portion highlighted. The service requested will be performed and delivered within the agreed time period.
What if I am not satisfied?
In such a case, you return us the processed file specifying your reserves (except for differences in style or interpretation, or for inconsistencies or ambiguities due to the original file). Be aware that any amount invoiced will still be payable. We only commit to correcting any error reported to us.
How do I pay you?
You can pay by bank transfer or through PayPal. Only French corporate clients may pay by check. For large orders the total amount is divided into multiple advance payments corresponding to multiple deliveries.
Can you ensure the confidentiality of my documents?
Yes. The confidentiality of your original and target files is maintained before, during and after the assignment, through a non-disclosure agreement if necessary.
