Contact Form
LLGTRAD collects your company name and the email address that you provided through the contact form available on LLGTRAD website. The data is used for contact purposes following a request for information or for a quote from you.

Online Chat
In order to allow users to get quicker answers to their questions, LLGTRAD uses an online chat service provided by Zendesk. Specific information may be collected from you while communicating with LLGTRAD through this service. Where appropriate, this data is used for contact purposes following a request for a quote from you.

Google Analytics
LLGTRAD uses Google Analytics to measure the number of visitors to LLGTRAD website. The data collected by this service remains anonymous and only informs about visited pages, connection dates and times, visitors’ locations (country)and operating systems. The data is used for statistical purposes to improve LLGTRAD website. You can find out more about Google Analytics or choose to opt out of this service.

LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media networks
Those services provide social buttons and similair features (such as the “Like” and “Tweet” buttons) which LLGTRAD uses on its website. LLGTRAD cannot control the information to which those networks have access, nor the way they can use it, if such cases arise.


Right of access, rectification, opposition, and removal

LLGTRAD undertakes to give you a right of access, rectification, opposition, and removal regarding your personal data.
The right of access and rectification is understood as the possibility given to visitors to review, modify, or even delete information about them.
The right of opposition is understood as the possibility given to visitors to refuse that their personal data be used for certain purposes mentioned during their collection.
The right of removal is understood as the possibility given to visitors to request that their personal data be removed, for instance, from a mailing list.

Security

The personal data collected by LLGTRAD is held confidential and kept in a secure environment. To ensure the security of this data, LLGTRAD uses, among others, a local firewall, local antivirus software, a secure web server (Apache, strictly managed and configured by Free), and a password-protected access to information.
However, as no mechanism can provide maximum security, LLGTRAD cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

LLGTRAD undertakes to comply with the legal provisions set out in the European Directive 95/46/EC.
